8th Visayas Jurisdictional Conclave, Congress and Olympics

This has reference to the upcoming 8th Visayas Jurisdictional Conclave, Congress and Olympics to be held on May 19-22, 2017 at the Eon Centennial Waterworld Resort and Hotel in Jaro, Iloilo City.

Graciano Lopez Jaena Chapter (Iloilo City) will be the host DeMolay Chapter to this year's Visayas Jurisdictional COnclave, Congress and Olympics.

Each participating DeMolay Chapters in good standing must submit the following:
a. Chapter Registration Form
b. Individual Registration Form
c. Ritual Competition Form
d. Sports Competition Form
e. Pro-Forma Waiver Letter

All forms must be submitted thru email to [email protected].

All concerned DeMolay Chapters are requested to deposit their registration fees and other Conclave-related assessments to: China Bank (Iloilo-Mabini Branch) under Account No.: 1990217818 in the name of Graciano Lopez Jaena Chapter International Order of DeMolay.
