Use the form to apply for your free space and FTP access. All fields must be filled out correctly and completely or you may encounter a delay in your application being processed. By submitting this form, you affirm that your space will be utilized within 30 days of issuance and that your site will not contain material which is in conflict with the Order of DeMolay.
Additionally, site owners are required to abstain from publishing copyrighted material unless the copyright holder agrees to have their work republished, or you provide credit to the source or author. Each site owner is required to maintain a valid email contact address on their site in the event a copyright issue or some other dispute should arise.
Things you should know before you begin:
It is imperative that you take care in providing a correct email address. As a user of DeMolay Philippines, you will be added to our Electronic Newsletter which we periodically use to communicate important information about our server. We ask that you keep your contact information current in the event that you should change email addresses. Sites which have not been moved into after 30 days after issuance will be deleted.
