Hon. Victor Antonio T. Espejo, Grand Master of the Supreme Council, Order of DeMolay of the Republic of the Philippines, announced that the Supreme Council shall hold its Special Session on November 14, 2023 (Saturday) at the Jose Abad Santos Memorial Hall of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Masons of the Philippines in Ermita, Manila.
